I have focused my professional career in the field of Intellectual Property. I also advise Spanish and foreign companies on corporate law, business law and commercial litigation matters. I am familiar with the incorporation of foreign companies in Spain, and advise on all legal issues related to their incorporation, management and compliance.

In relation to Intellectual Property, am particulary involved in the protection and defence of trademarks and industrial designs before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO) and advise on national and European patents. I also represent my clients before all Spanish and European courts, including the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Due to my multicultural background, I provide IP Desk services for Korea and Latin America. In addition, I am a qualified Intellectual Property Attorney in Argentina. Therefore, in my DNA there is the idiosyncrasy of IP experts and the power of diversity. These allow me to find the best solutions for our clients.

I am an advisor to the Embassy of the Republic of South Korea in Spain, the Korean Cultural Centre in Madrid, and KOTRA (Korea Trade Promotion Agency) in Madrid.
