Although I have practiced in other areas of Law, most of my professional career has been IP- related. More specifically, I have experience in the field of Intellectual Property rights protection and enforcement in Spain and at EU level. I also enjoy advising both national and international clients in the management of their trade marks portfolio. With a large experience in criminal Law, I have conducted custom proceedings and conducted many anti- counterfeit raids all over the national territory, in conjunction with Policía Local.
