Since the beginning of my professional career I have been dedicated to the fascinating world of intellectual property. In these 25 years I have worked in Peru, Italy and Spain and I have acquired extensive experience in the analysis of intangible assets of companies in various sectors and in the development of effective strategies for the protection, management and defense of distinctive signs, designs and inventions at national and international level. As well as in the resolution of disputes over domain names and in the processing of plant breeder’s certificates.

I focus on the needs of each client in order to provide them with a personalized service that allows them to develop their expansion plans without major inconveniences.

I act before the EUIPO, OEPM, WIPO and INDECOPI and coordinate the proceedings before the different Patent and Trademark Offices of each country.

In addition to the legal practice, I have participated in the team of advisors of the Peruvian spokeswoman in the negotiations for the adoption of Decision 486, a norm on industrial property that governs the Andean Community, as well as in academic activities, as a university professor.
