After graduating in Law from the University of Alicante, I attended the Magister Lvcentinvs, a Master in Intellectual Property and Information Society, and since then I have focused my career as a lawyer in these disciplines, learning from great professionals, either in my early days in Murcia, then with my mentors in Barcelona and for more than 12 years in Madrid, both in law firms and IP agencies. Said experience gave me a global vision of IP, which eventually facilitated the understanding of the problem that arises, and the eventual solution to it.

The complexity of the different sectorial regulations and, especially, their interrelation, make IP, in my opinion, one of the most interesting legal disciplines, in which a deep knowledge of the law, curiosity and creativity are essential to obtain positive results for clients.

Vocation is also essential. Clients deeply appreciate full involvement in the matters they entrust me with, as well as my availability and ability to respond quickly in complicated moments.

Throughout my career I have tried to convey my knowledge to young people, both in specialized forums and in different Universities and Postgraduate courses.
