Good Faith as a prerequisite for a truly free competition

Passing-Off

Unfair Competition or Passing-Off is the part of the law that deals with typifying and prohibiting conducts generally contrary to good faith in which, for competitive purposes, competing entrepreneurs incur when operating in the economic market.
